Early: 1 of my wonderful Pumpkin, Banana, Carrot, Golden Raisin, Sunflower seed muffin. omg. Heaven.
Later: 3 egg white omelett w 2% cheese, onions sauted in natural grapeseed oil, a bit of lean ham, and some raw sweet yellow pepper. 1 slice Aunt Millies's Light Whole Grain toast (not nearly as good as Sara Lee's 45 cal wheat w/ honey)0 -

all after my 1 hour work out session this morning!

Don't use food as a reward! Treat yourself to something nice that costs about the same instead-new lip gloss, a copy of your favorite magazine, etc...it'll feel just as good!0
