I will be playing Just Dance 3 with my boys when I get off work. Then tonight while watching Biggest Loser I will walk/run on my Eliptical for an hour.0

Yesterday I did 2.5 miles on the treadmill then followed with an hour of Body Pump. Today I'm on a break to rest and get ready for Body Pump again tomorrow.0

42 minutes of Box-Fit on Biggest Loser Challenge from the Wii
Punching, kicking, jumping and sweating0 -
Will either be 90minutes of intense cardio with Turbo Fire, or 50min Turbo Fire and 40mins Chalene Extreme-weight training!0

Did 40 minutes of intervals on the treadmill (2 1/2 at 5 mph, then 30 secs at 7mph). Going back this evening for a spin class.0

15 min sauna
I plan on eating 2500 cals for the day, we will see how I do :happy:
I wasn't able to do my exercise at all on Tuesday, had a wonderful time with hubby instead :flowerforyou:
Today (Wednesday):
45 min aerobics morning exercise
5 min warm up jog
45 min weights full body and heavy
15 min stretching
15 min sauna.

TJ Cardio Party Remix, burned 310 cals in 31 mins. Was supposed to do 20 min + Ab Jam, but I overslept.0

I went to the gym this morning and did 20 mins on the treadmill (10 mins was running, the other 10 was a fast walk on 3.0 incline =160 cals burnt), 20 mins on the cross trainer (240 cals burnt), I also did lots of abdo crunches and did strength training, lat raises, leg curls, tricep kickbacks and tricep dips, hip adductor/abductor0

I started my day with a 15 min. mile DVD w/ Denise Austin.
Have done quite a few calisthenics in ladies' at work to help with the Super Heroes Challege for the week.
Will go to Planet Fitness after work for some strength training. May do a Just Dance wii song or three if there is time after shower/dinner/chores.0 -

I did it all and ate 2200 cals.
20 min treadmill, max speed 5, max incline 4
20 min stationary bike, max tension 10, max speed 90 osculations
40 min dance dance revolution on Xbox with kinects

75 minute Taekwondo class tonight.
I've been away for a week so I'm super excited!0 -
Calisthenics and abs with my crew team! We did an hour of running in place, jumping jacks, lunges, etc, and then thirty minutes of abs (sit ups, planks, Russian twists, etc). Super sore now, but it's worth it!0

Bicycle ride to the gym and back (40 mins total). Very casual, no hills. Crazy pace on the elliptical for 30 mins then a pace 30 spm less than the first for 30 mins.0
