    Well, week #1 of this challenge went very well.

    Finished the week with:

    Friday=30min of strength training and treadmill walking (incline of 9)
    Saturday=60 min of Zumba
    Sunday= took the day off from exercise

    Looking forward to another good week of exercise and fitness.

    Thanks be to my God for the strength, motivation and health to continue on!

    Feb 2 : 60 min Zumba, 10 min Elliptical, 30 min Walking = 100
    Feb 3 : 60 min Bodypump = 60
    Feb 4 : 60 min Personal Trainer, 20 min Walk, 16 min run = 96

    I am going to start out with the 180 just because I am never sure how my back pain will be.
    (Feb 3rd, so I guess I will do the 360) =)
