  • 30 mins on the elliptical this afternoon and I'm hoping to get a 45-60 min swim tonight... waiting for my friend to call.....

    33 minutes on the elliptical at lunchtime.

    34 minutes of lifting after work (back/triceps)

    23 minutes of walking my dog

    45 minutes 4mph walk before work, and several hours pedalling on my FitDesk at work. I've gone over 40 miles on my desk so far today. Love this thing!

    :laugh: I love the idea of Hula Hooping for a while! It sounds like fun. It gets the body moving. And if it is low impact it sounds perfect

    Took the dog for an hour-long walk and just did some cleaning around the house. Not much compared to most people, but it's more than I usually do on my day off.
