    Big think re goal this week but decided to put it up from 240 to 300 mins as not in work this week.
    Can't decide which is the most motivating - setting a high total minutes and aim to achieve or keep it realistic and see how much it can be exceeded. To some it may be the same but think I prefer to see how much I can exceed goal!

    Decided to push myself a little further this week and go for 350 exercise minutes. Will walk a little more everyday & attend more yoga/pilates classes if that's what it takes :wink:

    Legs are much better now after 2 days, even managed to walk like 2.5km yesterday (though admittedly I'm the type of person who walks at a snail's pace). Thanks Mollie! :bigsmile:
