    This has just happened to me! I have not worn my wedding ring since last summer and now it twirls around my finger and almost falls off!! Such a great feeling!

    - all your clothes are at least a size too big
    - your bras don't fit because your back has shrunk
    - you can't recognize your hands
    - you can get your hands around your neck
    - your chin doesn't touch your chest
    - you walk around naked - and like it.
    - a 5k walk is no longer a challenge.
    - people tell you that your motivation is an inspiration to them
    - you think of water before soda; veggies before starch; fruits before sugar and you think nothing of skipping bread at lunch.
