    I didnt make my goal last week cause of very long hours almost every night at work. I hope to make my goal and then some this week to make up for last.

    I upped my minutes last week and then I got horribly sick and was unable to workout for almost a week. I am going back to my original 250 because I got a late start this weak. Not sure if I will make it though, I am still pretty weak. 30 minutes on the bike wiped me out.
