I like the low calorie number, but how many do you need to eat to feel full?

I don't use them to feel full. I use them at the end of the day as a sweet treat with blueberries and low fat icecream so i usually only have 2. Or I will have them as a between lunch and dinner snack by themselves and once again only have 2. It's to treat or just take the edge off hunger between meals rather than a meal in themselves.

I suppose they would make a pretty good breakfast and I think maybe 4 to 6 with a dollop of natural yoghurt would be enough and that would be about 200 to 300 calories.

I started on MFP 8 weeks ago and have lost 8.6kg (19lb) so far. have had the occasional blow out day but try to claw the extra calories back over the next 2 or 3 days. Averaging about 1kg (2.2lb) a week loss and having sweet treats along the way, just in moderation.

I am astonished about how easy it is with good tools like MFp and the support of family and frioends.

I absolutely adore any and all breakfast foods, so I will be book marking this page!

May I ask how big they are-how many inches in diameter do you make them? :)

Those are pretty heavy on sodium ... definitely going to try this when I next have eggs in the house but I think I'll try cutting the salt amount by at least half.

I make them about 3 to 4 inches in diameter. Nice and small.
