    1st Week trying this challange
    last week did 3500 for the 1st time in probably a LONG time

    Weekly Goal: 4000

    Mon: 1300 1st trip to the gym- elliptical 60 minutes treadmill 15 minutes strength training legs & abs 30 minutes. 2nd trip to the gym elliptical 40 minutes.

    I wear my Polar during all exercise so if my totals are off to you, you likely don't have the same body as me;)

    Mon: 1055 burned - jogging in place, dancing, walking, some heavy cleaning, aerobics and decided to play some Just Dance with the kids tonight. I have never done this much!

    Sunday we had a family fitness challenge. Almost my whole family tried it: ages 8 -40. we ended it up doing pushups, squats, jump squats, crunches, reverse crunches and lunges for over 2 hours. It was so much I didn't really feel the pain ...until the next day :o)
