last week did 3500 for the 1st time in probably a LONG time

Sunday we had a family fitness challenge. Almost my whole family tried it: ages 8 -40. we ended it up doing pushups, squats, jump squats, crunches, reverse crunches and lunges for over 2 hours. It was so much I didn't really feel the pain ...until the next day )0 -
