    sometimes several times over the day, like 2-4, but its usually tiny bits. i think that might not be a good thing....

    One a day or every other day unless I have an IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) attack. Then who knows.....:sick:

    Because the friend I originally posted this for wanted comparisons from people who are dieting and exercising - plus, potty humor is funny.

    Oh my god, I feel like a normal person now that I've found out other people go 2-3 times a day, too. This thread is GREAT.

    Yes, and it is still funny now that I am nearly 28.

    i am having a lot of problems with this... now i am going like once a week, if that. sometimes once every two weeks... i just started taking fiber pill, hopefully this will help.
