    Week # 4 -- March 19th -- Goal 325 minutes (25 min increase): This wk I am hoping to do 65 minutes of exercise p/day 5 days p/wk. + additional 57 minutes left over from last wk for a total of 382 minutes this wk!

    Today I achieved a goal I have had since I did the C25K program this summer. It takes you to 30 minutes of running which should be 5K but wasn't for me since I am so slow. I wanted to run around Greenlake which is 2.8 miles plus walk to where I park and back. Today I did just that.
    Week # 1 -- Feb 27th -- 422 minutes - Goal 300 minutes:
    Week # 2 -- March 5th -- 383 minutes - Goal 300 minutes
    Week # 3 -- March 12th -- 365 minutes - Goal 300 minutes

    Mon: 0 - had a small cold and slept in so I feel well enough for my run tomorrow,

    Thur: 0 - worked in morning (active) and interview in the afternoon
    Fri: pl60 minute run with warm up and cool down walks
    Sat: plan to go to aquafit and walk this weekend

    Hi, I'm Linda! I would love to join for 370 minutes! I already set up a plan:

    - 120 mins running/walking (training for 5k)
    - 100 mins biking (I could just as easily cycle to the busstop 7km from my house)
    - 90 mins hooping (I love to hoop)
    - 60 mins walking (from the trainstation to work)

    I'm excited to try this. Does this really help you exercise, does it make you feel like you have to now because you said so on the boards? :)
