Not sure if you mean people like me that "Mind Strip clubs", but go ahead and ignore me.0 -
Well I wouldn't be with someone who made it a habit of going to the strip club every weekend in the first place. I don't care if he goes every once in a while for a bachelor party or something, but if that's his idea of a fun, typical weekend then he's not for me. I don't even want a guy who goes out to bars all the time. There's nothing wrong with someone who wants to do that kind of stuff, he's just not for me. I like that my boyfriend is kind of antisocial like I am.0

You know I think strip clubs and all this porn everywhere is a part of the reason women have so many self-esteem problems. Not only do we have to worry about the pretty girl down the street, when we leave the house we have to worry about our husband/boyfriend watching porn and thinking about other women, they can get on and reply to sex ads, go to the strip club down the street or even pay for sex. I'm not a prude at all when it comes to being with someone but I feel like because so many men are into it it's become okay in society. Of course the person your with is going to be attracted to other women or men but I feel it takes it way too far if they go out of their way to pay to see someone strip. I've been in a relationship with someone who was pretty much a porn addict and it ruins your relationship and any self esteem you have left. Left him because of it.
I still have high standards and I don't give a **** what other people think strip clubs are tastless and not classy at all. Porn is bad enough because it's everywhere but when you can actually touch the women and more with paying customers that is too much. I don't think it's cute or acceptable in any relationship. If your single do whatever you want but when your with someone you shouldn't pay to see someone strip. Personally, I think men/women are stupid to pay to see someone strip if you have someone at home. Just be more adventorous in your relationship.0 -
who needs a strip club when he can come home to this *swings on pole and then falls ungracefully on the floor* :laugh:0

If a girl gets jealous of her bf or husband going to a strip club, her jealousy level is above a 10. That being said, my wife would got ape *kitten* if I went to one. Her jealously level is like a 12.5/10.
I did go to one for my bachelor party but that was before we were married.
My wife has been to 3 male reviews with her friends since we have been married and I think it is awesome!0 -

With all due respect, why do you have your body exposed in your profile pic for people to lust at then?0

We live in a small town and there are no clubs around here. But, if we lived in a city, I would mind and here is why. We have 6 kids. He works full time, then we have sports and events for all of the kids. So, for him to go to a strip club would mean that he is taking time away from me....it would mean that he is choosing to watch other naked women instead of being with his family.
Plus, why go watch other women dance naked, when I do that for him and he gets the prize in the end!!
NOW, IF he was with his brother and cousin (they are his best friends) for some special thing, or whatever, and they went...then I would not care, and I would want to know....and I would want to know all of the details!!! And, if we ever go to Vegas, I want to go to a club with him....I think that would be fun to do together.
But to go to strip clubs on a regular basis, I would not approve.0 -
Me and my boyfriend go tot he club's together. He gives me cash so I can tip my fav girl and have her give me a little dance. I think it turns him on...that or he thinks I'm bi lol (I fear women)0

If a women can indulge in her fantasies (mental & emotional creatures) through romance novels, then a guy should be allowed to do the same (visual creatures), assuming it has no negative bearing on the marital aspects (cheating, spending too much money, touching the girls).

If you lust in your heart, you have already committed adultery.

Actually if you read John 8:1-11 you'll see that Jesus actually refused to condemn a woman caught in adultery (I wonder where the man was) and even told her to go and sin no more.
THIS!!!!!! love it0 -
I love seeing all these point of views. I bet you half, if not more, of the women on here are lying their *kitten* off about "I don't care as long as he comes home to me" BS. I look forward to seeing the rant about how he accidentally called you "Bubbles", or "Lola" or whatever other dumb name strippers have, while together. If your man needs a strip club to come home turned on to you, you women (or men) need to step up your game at home and handle your business. Quit trying to justify your lack of effort at home. If you don't use or see sex as an intimate thing between two (and only two) adults, then you too have emotional issues. Yeah, I'm ranting. Flame all you want. I have been to a strip club on my bachleor party, and never again. My wife does a better job than those who have no other asspirations than to shake dat *kitten* for the dirty singles. She's an engineer and knows how to keep my attention and vice versa. Hence, she would mind. Flame away people. Flame away.0

As long as I go with him... No fair he gets to have all the fun.. Hehehehehehe0

Not at all... He's a grown up and I'm not his mother... He can do what he wants! He only has two rules in any given situation... He keeps it in his pants and keeps his tongue in his mouth. If he follows those he's golden!!0

I like to sit at the clubs and look at all the "blondes" who's hair turn green under the Blue Lights  Candy Cane....CANDY CANE! Where's my CANDY CANE!?0

as one of those who has said i dont mind - it really is true. he tells me when he goes as its usually after a guys night out and has even told me about the dances he's had. he doesnt go very often at all any way. it is only if he starts lying about it that i would care. i just see it as a bit of fun that guys do. everyone has their own opinion on what is right and what is not in their own lives and relationships. if you are ok with it then i dont see a problem personally.0 -

By the way. Just because a girl is a stripper doesn't mean the only "aspiration" she has is to shake her butt for money. SOME strippers are working to pay off other things
Bills
Food
School
So until you know her story, don't judge. Although she could just be doing it cause she likes it. But as I said, chances are the story goes deeper than just a 30 minute lap dance for $500 -

haha I love this :drinker:0 -
My husband's mentioned it a few times, but he has yet to go. I told him I really don't mind...I do a little bit, but it really has nothing to do with morals, religion, respect, etc. but honestly about the plain idea of him lusting after gorgeous women bouncing their boobs for him right in his face, lol. And I think if I went with him, it would make me feel like ugly poop. :P
But since it's never been an issue, and is certainly not a habit, if he wanted to go I'd let him. As long as it remained a 'once in a while' thing.0 -

LMAO!!!! You caught it!!!0 -
I would not be in a relationship with someone who though it was ok to go to a strip club.
To me, sexuality is something wonderful and private between a couple, it isn't something you flaunt and share with total strangers. Yes, we have "needs," no, it doesn't mean you should fulfill them in every way possible. I am in a relationship because I am committed to my man, totally and completely, which includes sexually. If my man didn't feel the same way then obviously we wouldn't have a relationship.
I find it odd that the women on here are so cavalier about them not caring/encouraging their men to go. I wonder if it has something to with a confusion about being confident and secure in your relationship...the defense is "it doesn't mean anything," but sex and everything related to it does mean ALOT because it is so important and awesome :blushing: .
Let the roasting begin.:indifferent:
I used to have the EXACT same view on strip clubs. I thought they were horrible, nasty places were women were being lusted after for money.
UNTIL I WENT.
I had a great time, felt more comfortable there than any club, and go back with my husband once in a while.
Seriously, being confident and secure in your relationship comment is really a two way street. If you were confident and secure in your relationship... why not try it out? If it is fun for the both of you - its a win win... if not, you cant say you didnt try right? I have been married to my husband for 14 years and our relationship gets better every day. We have grown together, and trying new things never hurt.
Don't knock it til you try it.
Looking back, when I felt strip clubs were a taboo thing, I also know I was insecure in my relationship at the time and with myself. Not anymore.
If you get a nice lady around you, and lots of friends go... it is a blast.0 -
I have two issues with my husband going to strip clubs.
1. He has betrayed my trust in the past. Nothing to do with a strip club, but of he went it would be in my mind the whole time.
2. A long time ago (5 years) I graduated high school and became a stripper. I worked at a few high end clubs and a few sleazy ones. And no matter what club, there were always the girls that were willing to go a little further for very little more. I witnessed plenty of men with rings on their fingers throw out an extra $50 for some extra fun.
But, I don't think my husband has desire to go to a club because he never went when he was single. And if someone trusts their man and mutually agree that it is ok for him to go, all the power to them!
ETA: not all strippers are skanks. I'm not trying to say that. I actually met a lot of really nice and honest girls. One woman was a preschool teacher by day!0 -
I don't know how I would feel about it I've never been0
-
I have never been to a strip club, no desire to either, just doesn't really appeal to me.0

Here's my thing - I don't equate sex with love... and I don't think objectifying beauty is a bad thing. Sex and sexuality are so vilified in the US (especially), and everyone is raised to believe that bodies are dirty, sex is dirty, and if you like either, you're dirty. IMO, it's the most absolutely natural part of being human. Moreso than love, more than enjoying fine wine, or understanding sarcasm ... it's essential for our survival.
And really, I'd much rather have a man that can appreciate a woman's body without feeling 'bad' about it than a man that pretends like he only sees me. That's a one-way ticket to resentmentville.

No. Not at all.0

I don't care to go anymore, unless my wife goes with me. Of course, I'll let those with much more marital experience than I tell you how it's suppose to be in their eyes.
I've never been tempted to look at child porn - how the hell do you make the connection between child porn and strip club attendance???
Oh, I've been happily married to the same person for over 27 years....0 -
We go On dates there together, then go home and have sexy fun with each other. (:0
