I am kinda bummed. I weighed in last night and NOTHING. I am the exact same weight as last week. I lost 4 pounds the first week and 4 pounds the second and now on the third, nothing. I did weigh myself very late at night so I am sure that could have been some water weight but I expected something! I am no discouraged though! I am going to try harder this week!0

:ohwell: well hello there ... according to most i'm 25 ... seriously most people don't actually pay attention to the fact that this past February was the 3 time celebrating that but whatever ... 27 sounds so blah ...
i just cant seem to find the motivation to actually work out ... or for that matter stop eating crap! This is so frustrating cause all my clothes are mostly from when i was much smaller and i hate shopping now cause nothing fits ... today i actually went into the plus size section which one would take as omg you need to lose weight! i really just need someone to force me to do it daily ... kind of like going to work hahaha ...
What is most frustrating is that for the past year and half i have mainly just sat on my *kitten* letting myself get heavier and heavier0 -

I had the best weekend EVER! Now, if I can keep it up, I might just pull a 2-pounder... which I have not done in MONTHS.
I kinda cheated and weighed myself like 5 days earlier... 2 pounds down. So fingers crossed that it wasn't a dramatic fluctuation... even though it probably was :laugh:0 -
Zara- That's great! Even if it was a fluctuation it seemed to motivate you. When do you actually weigh in? I am looking forward to hearing your results.
My last weigh in was a bummer. Nothing lost. I think this week will be different. I am making healthier food choices and started exercising. Keeping my fingers crossed!0 -
I started fresh today! I've been in a slump and today I picked myself up and started day one of week 1 of P90X. It was GREAT!0

Im *ahem* 25... but i feel 21 on the inside. I have two beautiful boys that are 3 and 15 months and i need to lose the weight i gained while pregnant and never have gotten off. I am so sick of not recognizing myself in the mirror and feeling insecure around other people my age that dont have kids. I need to lose at least 30 lbs but preferably 40 lbs to be in top shape. I need all the support i can get!0

I'll be 23 in January and I am so in. Almost 2 years ago I lost half the weight I wanted to lose and since then I have been losing and gaining 10lbs... back and forth, back and forth. I want to get this last 20lbs off!0

Ah, Sounds great girls! Friday weigh ins would be great! As well as Challenges. Anything to get me motivated again! So as tomorrow is friday, anyone got any ideas for a challenge for the week? I saw one on another post about chewing every mouthful 30 times, it makes you take longer to eat and therefore you realize you are full in a more timely manner. I am one for eating quickly and a lot then realizing i'm stuffed. So what do you ladies think?0

Ok so Friday weigh ins, post at the best time for you. I think the chewing 30 times is an awesome challenge! I has been trying to eat slower so this will be great. Lets try to keep bumping this thread so its stays on the recent posts list. I'm excited!!0

Sounds Great! I'm really excited. I just did some Yoga on my wii fit, even though I've been sick for oh about a week now. I honestly feel better. I'm so excited for tomorrow and getting back on track.0

OH yeah girl! Definitely! We just started today. We are doing friday weigh ins and our challenge for this week is chewing every mouthful 30 times. Note that this does not work with things like oatmeal, you get to like 15 and its gone haha. But I tried right!

Ok I gotta work on my chewing, I always eat too fast so this will be good for me! I did spin class at the gym this morning and now I'm off to coach vb for the rest of the weekend... as long as we keep winning! I might have time to check in though, looks like theres only a few of us posting, but it will catch on again! Welcome boomersooner....

Ok thank you!!. My official weigh in is 132.0. Which i did the P90X abb workout last night so i think thats why im down 2.5 lbs in a day so im sure it probley wont stat off, but im going to hope it does and im eating my breakfast chewing 30times each bite if my food makes it that far.0
