  • My husband. Seriously, I can do well until he tempts me, then I cave.

I have the same problem with my fiance. Probably because my *kitten* is his weakness.

My weakness is self control. ;) J/k. I don't have any really serious weaknesses, except if there's a box of Tim Tams around. I don't know what Australians were thinking creating something so deliciously addictive. :noway:

    Hmm, well:

    1. Chocolate - Anything covered in Chocolate - M&M's, Smarties, Nuts, Mini-Bars, Reese, etc
    2. Nuts, Salty-Sweet goodness.
    3. Cheese - is the air I breathe, except Whiz, cause ew.
    4. Coffee - I limit myself from 1-2 cups from McDonalds a day, never more, sometimes less.
    5. Greek Yogurt - Mm, Blueberry Flavour, Honey is good too.
    6. Peanut Butter - it JUST happened, my love for it. I like Adam's Natural Chunky, either on a single slice of toast, or a dollop on a Banana, or a teaspoon on a spoon. Lol
    7. Coolers - I just got into them, mm, Summer-y goodness
    8. Ah.. All I can think of is 7 right now. OH, Popcorn can be in there too. Buttery and all.

Crispy bacon it has physical holds over me.

OMG....I eat literally eat an entire package of bacon if it wasn't bad for me. The crispier the better.
  • My weakness oddly changes every week.. I seem to find a new thing to be obsessed with that I just can't get enough of till I tell myself to stop being a heffalump and cut it out completely, this week it's Rocky Road!

Yes yes yes...peanuts M&M. We don't have them over here in the UK but my colleague from the US always brings a big bag when he over here..mmmmmmmm :blushing:

Seriously? Penuts M&M's are the only ones that I like....I wonder why they don't have them in the UK.. Strange.

I've got a serious issue with nutty m&m's. I just discovered the almond ones. I'm in trouble.

I am sure they sell peanut m&ms over in the uk., they are in the yellow bags, and they sell them in Tesco, ... . :)

Fritos with bean dip mixed with a container of sour cream. I tried a few times to just have a regular sized portion. Didn't last I finished all of it. Now I know I just can't have it in the house.
  • Apparently it is high sodium foods like Hawaiian BBQ pizza and ham. :blushing:

Bread and anything bread related.......so I guess carbs. And I love those carbs even more with butter and salt. I think I may have just made myself hungry. But I don't deprive myself rather allow occasional indulgences. It helps to keep me from going insane.
  • pretty much anything with chocolate. I have just learned to give myself a treat every now and then, or have a small treat (like sugar free chocolate pudding). Or chocolate milk with the dark chocolarte syrup...more chocolatey, and delicious! Sometimes I crave greasy BBQ potato chips. I very very rarely indulge in these, and I buy the single portions, not a huge bag! Alsol, a big bowl of mac and cheese, or creamy alfredo!! Pasta is great! So i try to make just one portion when my cal budget allows, so I don't over indulge!

Salty foods for me too! Lays Kettle chips to be exact. I could eat a whole bag with a cherry coke in one sitting. How do I control this craving? I just don't buy them anymore. I can have it on my cheat day, but I haven't because I know I can't trust myself and I want to get to my goal weight.
  • I have a sweet tooth. Chocolate and peanut butter anything are my weakness!!

Chocolate! Cadbury chocolate to be exact........

I have upped my fruit intake to curb the 2pm sugar cravings & this has worked to a point.... except for TTOM I do cave to the cravings but have to admit that where before I would sit down & eat a block I now only need 1 or 2 snack size choccies... (like a milky top freddo....hhmmmmm yummo) So that is a huge improvement for me!!

Beer, wine, and fast food. I haven't cut any out totally but I drastically cut back on my fast food consumption, switched to light beer, and no longer split a bottle of wine with my hubby every single night.
