I survived day 1 of 30DS!
I just survived day 5! it DOES get better, I promise! Today I only had to stop once, that was during push ups cause DAMN I'm outta shape. You can do it!0 -
I brought cupcakes in to work today and didn't eat one !!!!0

I did day one of level 3 of the 30d shred. WOOT! Also cut my hair so I feel pretty0

after a few weeks of just not being "into it", i'm back! back on tracking my food and today - back to the gym. and i'm still shocked that i actually realized i had missed going to the gym! Who knew?!0

Waking uo for my first 5am workout whew it was difficult but I did it now I can come home and relaz and get ready to do it all over again tomorrow0

instead of eating my lamb gyro pita bread, I fed it to some squirrels. Then dozens of squirrels came and I had to run away.

Survived doing "high legs" with the trainer tonight. Honestly didn't think I'd make it but I did. Can't wait to see how sore I'll be tomorrow and Thursday. Really enjoying the pain!0

I went to the gym today when I did not want to go. That was pretty big for me.0

worked out for 30minutes with the trainer, then chased the trainers dog around for 25 mins, then after texting a friend we walked for 45minutes.. it was a big workout day.. i am pooped0

I encouraged several of my club members to work out, and even led our first work out after a mix up with the dvd player )0

Ran for 5 and a half minutes without having to stop because my lungs felt like they were going to burst... I'm so unfit... but baby steps!0
