Cable Seated Row - 40 lbs - 12 reps and 2 sets of 15 reps
Mountain Climbers 20 reps - 25 reps - 25 reps
Seated Leg Press - 160 lbs 20 reps - 165 lbs 20 reps - 170 lbs 20 reps

I forgot to post yesterday. That was Jackie Warner routine A2 (chest, quads, tri's, core). This morning I meant to do a 20 minute Zumba on PS3. Opened the calendar, saw 20 minute workout for Thursday and thought Perfect! Today isn't Thursday. :ohwell: So I did 45 minutes, and I was late for work, but eh, I burned 355 calories!0
