There are so many challenges in life, how to take care of ourselves when life throws us curveballs is one of the biggest ones. A co-worker yesterday said " Just Breathe". There are many relaxation methods out there... Access Bars, Tapping, Yoga.... Walking works good for me.

Home stretch, everyone! Are you going to have to push through this last week or so, or is it smooth sailing? This is the best, or at least most consistent month I've had in a while! Going to keep pushing to see what I can make, but smooth sailing to hit the 100 mile mark. :smiley: 22 - 5.2 = 88.4 miles and 10 days at 5+!!
