On holiday - increase to TDEE?
I am about to go on holiday, but I have a question. I have been eating at cut for 2 weeks so far, obviously I want to enjoy my holiday so do I increase to eat at TDEE or try and stick with a cut?

PLATEAU - do I need a reset?

I am really good through the week at tracking and eating healthy but when it comes to weekend if I have no plans and just chill round the house after my workout I end up over eating and over eating on bad food. Is it your calories comsumed or your macros? See here is my problem. I should eat 1800 cals. Yesterday for example I ate 1751. I exercised and burned 735 calories.
