  • I am with you! I had baby #4 in early April. I have 40 lbs to lose. I had done isagenix in the past and was successful but its so expensive. I am doing a similar diet plan to that of isagenix but I am doing RSP true lean shakes instead - they are less expensive. are you exercising at all? how are you making out on isagenix…
  • bump
  • I agree with you 100% ~~~ my only concern is having to transport it ~ that may be more trouble than its worth! Was looking into getting one at sears . . . Loving all the feedback - keep it coming!
  • just did the 5 day challenge (5 days of shakes + 30 minutes of exercise a day) and lost 6 lbs. I was very happy with it. In the past I did the P90X weightlifting workouts which I combined with running - without the shakes - and got into great shape. I would continue with the shakes but I think they are too pricey.
  • in the morning i like a slice of toast with peanut butter... or original oatmeal. i like a string cheese for a mid morning snack
  • Im going to look up that Tosca Reno diet - thanks!
  • im having the same dilemma -- except that i have given up all-things-bread also.... hmmm... my only recipe i thought up was salad with egg white and feta cheese -- to get the protein i need in place of my grilled chicken!

  • read a book - keeps your mind and your hands busy!
  • regarding the boob issues -- i would invest in a good push-up water bra and strut your stuff ;) no one has to know what lies beneath....
  • can you get one of those products that "cleanses you" before you go??? that way, even if you choose not to lose the weight before you go you still will feel super sliM!
  • what is this workout like? do you use weights?
  • Wow!
  • Asa -- which ones??? i LOVE grands biscuits and totally cant even make them in my house anymore because i cannot stop from eating them. the ones i buy say 180 cal per buscuit (with like 8 grams of fat!) are there ones out there that are lower cal that im just missing????
  • kickboxing - tae bo!
  • im right there with ya sista!
  • Weight loss pills make me feel better and more energized -- i think from the caffeine. i was taking yellow bullets from ephedraoutlet.com -- i liked them a lot. but my gf got jittery and soemtimes a stomach ache from them. i think you have to do your own research and find out what is best for you...
  • i think its good for dieting, and the best fast food out there... BUT its not what i consider "healthy" -- read the ingredient on the website... kind of grossed me out. also the food contains high fructose corn syrup and partially hydrogenated oils.... that said.... im in a pinch and having subway tonight for dinner!!…
  • i was like that in law school -- all i did was stay home and study so i would take "food" breaks more often then i should and i would binge... pint of ben & jerrys + entire bag of smart puffs..... i still do it on occasion but normally its affiliated with me sitting on the couch. i am making a concious effort now to keep…
  • my two cents... i think "success" and "healthy" mean different things to different people. i am a new mfp member and i was surprised that a lot of people's diaries contained a lot of frozen, premade, and fast foods and were totally missing whole foods, fruits, and veggies. i by no means have perfect eating habits but i DO…
  • can you go to "my exercises" then "create exercise"? anyone???? i am finding that most of my calories burned dont line up with MFP estimates -- so instead of logging, for example, 40 minutes stairmaster 250 cal burned (actual), i select 25 min stairmaster 250 cal burned (MFP estimate) so does anyone create their own…
  • i usually choose "pizza parlor pizza slice" -- you can search "parlor" and it shows up. im in nj so i figured that is nj/ny style pizza slice... but i had the same question as you. so, how many calories are really in a slice of ny style pizza???????????
  • Amen sister! obvi if he wants you to be more comfy in the bedroom -- he is comfy with you. be yourself and have the attitude "ill try anything once!" -- always worked for me ;)
  • Polar is great because it measures heart rate AND tells you how many calories burned -- but its not cheap before i had that i had a nike hrm that WAS cheap (got it at costco for about 20-30$) but it didnt tell you calories burned. the hr was accurate though.

  • you can do it! -- wishing you all the best
  • i would be infuriated and want to yell.... but really, what i would do is be diplomatic and try to apply to that relatives senses - talk calmly, praise them for their generosity and pat them on the back (yes, im serious), then express your feelings about your child and why the money should be spent a certain way -- i would…
  • im all about easy -- i bake chicken cutlets - breaded in italian breading. i dip in egg, bread, and stick in the oven. (not sure the calories though) ... then for your hubby you can throw on some sauce and cheese and make it chicken parm...
  • lunch this week is grilled chicken (with a melted slice of american cheese), a baked sweet potato (with a little salt) and broccoli.... all made on sunday!
