I'll get the ball rolling here. Today my coach said that my shoulder mobility has improved to the point where I can narrow my snatch grip. Also I can back squat 30kg at full depth now! ( 3 sets of 8 @30kg). Im proud! What about you? Start showing off! 😀

My activity level is set to sedentary and I use the Fitbit calories MFP grants as incentive to get more steps. I generally eat all the extra calories. My calories vs mfp calories on cardio
I’m 265lbs and I do interval training for an hour on different inclines at 3.0mph but then I push a little higher on the speed at the last 10 minutes on the treadmill. The treadmill says I burned 586 but when I used mfp it says I burned way more like 1100 so which one is accurate? Need help please.
