I could use some tech help
Hi all, I use my Fitbit, MFP and the Precor app (Preva mobile) and for some reason the Precor is not syncing with my Fitbit or MFP all of the sudden. The only exercise it is logging is from Precor machines. I'm about to lose it on the app. Any help would be appreciated. Regards, Mike

Heavier weights or more reps?
I really enjoy Body Pump but I’m finding it difficult to fit in classes. I wondered if anyone could advise on whether it’s better to stick with lower weights/more reps or fewer reps but heavier weights. I’m debating wandering in to the free weights section in my local gym! Thanks.

Calories Or Grams
I eat all my calories daily but I found that it exceeded the last limit of grams of carbs, sugar and protein but I see that I still have like 300 cals so Am I on track or should I watch the grams not the calories??

Wrong calories from fitbit
Anyone else have issues with wrong..and I mean way off calories from fitbit steps. This past weekend, I only had 4,000 to 6,000 steps each day. And myfitnesspal is saying g I burned 2,300 to 3200 calories !!!! Oh I wish it was that easy
