Bedtime snack advice,
Hi I get hungry about 30 minutes before I go to bed. I’ve always had a bedtime snack of one banana and two Annie’s cinnamon graham cracker. I’m wondering if there might be a better less caloric bedtime snack or ways to avoid having one in the first place.

Porridge Topping ideas đź’ˇ
Hi all, I'm in need of fresh ideas of what to pop on top of porridge (oatmeal I think is the American word for it - I'm in the UK) I need to cut out my usual sugar and syrup toppings as I need to cut sugar down and need alternatives to keep me going and not be bored with it. I usually make it with half milk/half water or…

Quick High Protein Snacks
I am having a hard time meal planning preps. I’ll eat my planned lunches but then I’m going to cabinets and pantry and snacking out of bags. It’s a true problem, I know. The joys of food addiction history and a family that doesn’t support the journey. 🥴 I also know myself enough to know that if I pre-prep and portion and…

What do you eat/drink while cooking dinner?
What do you eat while you cook dinner or do you manage not to snack/pick the entire time you're in the kitchen? Painting the picture: between 5-530pm when my workday is over, my spouse is picking up kids, and I have 30 minutes of silence to unwind and cook dinner has become a daily pain point. I have a mid-afternoon snack…

Cutting the carbs and dropping to 2 meals a day
I've been cutting the carbs since the new year. I've lost 9lb in 6 weeks by substituting bread for the new Mission Carb Balance wraps, which has helped me drop my maximum daily carb count on weekdays to between 50-75g… I've also consciously dropped to 2 meals a day - my 1st meal is at 11 am and my last calorific intake…
