I have been working out six days a week and watching my calories and on average I walk 15000 steps a day and still no weight loss. I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism in July and saw a a few lbs come off but they came back and I'm all discouraged now.

When do you adjust your daily caloric intake?

My doctor gave me a goal of 1800 calories a day. I should take in 90g of protein, 90g of fiber, carbs are limited to 15g for snacks and 30-45g per meal. I want to meal prep to make things easier for me.

Title basically says it all. My followup question to this is - is there anything special about caloric intake in a given day, or is it just for convenience? In other words if you decide your calorie goal is 2k/day, is it identical to setting your goal at 14k/week?
