Negative Calorie Adjustment
I teach Math, and for some reason, this doesn't click in my small brain. Why does the "negative calorie adjustment" subtract from the "exercise" column when they both calculate the number of calories I'm burning through exercise and/or regular daily activity like walking??? Thanks for any help you can give.

Meal creation doubling error?
When I create a meal and add items to it, after saving and then going back into it or adding it to my daily meals, 1 to 3 items from that meal are duplicated. Everytime it happens in every meal I try to create. Any fix for this?

Calories with no food bug?

Do daily calories change on app as you lose?
I have lost about 10lbs but have about 100 more to go. But my daily calories to "spend" have not changed. Do I need to manually update to lower it or will it eventually change as I lose more. I am just using the free version for now. thanks

I am having a time with cravings and continuous over eating. I am trying intermittent fasting which begins at 7 PM and ends at 11 AM the following day.
