Newbie dashboard question
On Day one, top of the dashboard progress tracker noted how many meals tracked & grams of protein. Day two, it switched to meals & grams of fiber. Protein is my priority, how can I get that back on the Dashboard for quick reference throughout the day? Have researched the app & can’t figure it out.

How to add a recipe if the weight options aren't listed
Hello! I'm new to this! Trying to add my recipe for Blueberry Pancakes. The weight options for e.g. 1 tblspn of ground flaxseed is either 1gram or 100g. How do I add my own weight option? Also if I need to add 2/3 cup for an ingredient but the options it gives are either 1 cup of 100g what do I do??????? Thankyou.

MFP Android App showing completely messed up values in the 'Nutrition' screen

How do I add more protein to my diet
