My goal / calories
How can I change my calorie intake to suit my situation, I had gastric sleeve surgery and only allowed 800 calories total, but after putting in my weight, my ideal weight goal it came up with 1845 calories. If someone can help it would nice and thank everyone.

How to maintain while exercising?
My doctor told me to eat 1460 calories per day, and I burn 300 calories by walking per day, does that mean I can eat 1760 per day and still maintain? Or is that not how it works? Lol

Went from 169 to 185 in 2 1/2 months :(
That's just so much weight to put on in such a little amount of time. I guess that's what eating a lot of unhealthy foods and eating over your macros does to you. I was trying to get down to 140 ended up getting up to 185. Has this happened to anyone else?
