Motivation.
In 2023 I started at 220lb currently 155lb. My goal when I started is 140lb. I haven't come all this way on this journey to quit. I do feel good currently. Also I have functional issues is another motivator to get the rest of the weight off. Lastly 15lb does make a difference when you try to get someone off the ground.ā¦

What to do on days your too mentally exhausted to function?
How do you track your food, exercise, do your daily routines and to do lists on stressful/tiring days? I found out that I have neurodiversity in my dna and struggle between Autism symptoms and AD(H)D and apparently they fight against each other for control. I wonder if this is a sign of being too overweight or unfit and ifā¦
