Guidance for cooking chicken breast
Can anyone suggest a good way to cook plain chicken breasts (for using in chicken salad and other recipes) so they don't get tough? I've been vegetarian for a long stretch. I'm now eating some chicken but my meat cooking skills are dodgy at best. 😅

I need to perk up my salads. They taste a little boring. I use lettuce, tomato, cucumber and carrots. What else can I add to make it better? (I don't like mushrooms or onions).

Is there a way to share a My Meal with a Friend on MyFitnessPal?
I've created several My Meals in MFP and want to share them with my husband b/c we're eating the same thing. Can I "share" a My Meal with him? Or do I need to make it a Recipe and share that with him? We both have MFP premium subscriptions.

Shrimp Stuffed Jalapeños Light Supper or Good Snack
I used jalapeños, shrimp, Greek yogurt, brown sugar bourbon seasoning and wrapped in turkey bacon and air fried 350 for 20ish minutes (check periodically). Delicious!!!

Hi all. Is there a way I can search in “recipes” for a meal based on the food I have. So for example if I have shrimp is there a way to search the recipe section for suggestions Or do I just have to go into “Dinners” and find one with those ingredients? Thanks!

Everything old is new again
i just logged back in after not using the app since 2014. i could use some help with how to log recipes. I just entered a recipe and it seems like it multiplied the quantity by the number of servings. Link to detailed instructions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Sandy

Are all the recipes super unhealthy???
Just started this week, and both dinner recipes they’ve set for me have several tablespoons of sugar in and ZERO vegetables. Is this normal? I feel like I’ve eaten unhealthier stuff this week than I would even if I wasn’t trying to lose weight.

i’m going out to lunch on Thursday and I’ve already looked at the menu ahead of time. The only looks like that I’m gonna be able to eat is a chicken with dressing.
