Homemade sugar free jam
For years I'd been looking for sugar free jam. Yeah there are some that do not list sugar as sugar. Instead the manufacturers list sugar as dextrose, sucrose, maltose, etc. I happen to watch a video of some homesteaders boiling blackberries or blueberries. And I thought - there's my sugar free jam. Snacks for the cold season?
I was habitually scheduling ice cream and freezies for my snacks during the summer. Now that it's getting colder out, I'm having trouble transitioning. Does anyone have ideas for evening snacks for a cold day, other than tea? I guess I could microwave anything else that is snack worthy. Leftovers maybe.

Meal Plan Coaching
Is there any coaches available that can help me meal plan and add prebuilt meals (that I like to eat) into the app like Eatthismuch? Eatthismuch sucks as a platform so I'm trying to move here. I literally want to have like 20 meals or recipes that are my go to and I select throughout the day.
