I can finally start seeing the changes (54lbs down.... 116 to go)
I have been bigger than average my whole life. When I stepped on the scales 5 months ago after seeing the pictures of myself from a cousin's wedding... I knew I needed a change. Since then, I have been trying out the Keto diet, I planned my macros, found a company that I can get meal prep from, and here we are, four months…

Tortoise and the Hare
I've always been a little overweight all my life, borderline between obese and overweight at times, but never in the normal category. It's never bothered me too much because I was extremely active in dance, but such is the way of dance classes, I was pretty much always the biggest girl there. I had lots of attempts in my…

I lost 50lbs in under 80 days with the help of Trizepatide
Male 42, 5’10 starting weight 254.5 (on May 3rd) current weight 204.5 (on July 22). NO LONGER OBESE!!! I did not exercise at all. I did count calories (1500 a day). Did you keep or throw out your larger waist size pants when you lost weight?
Although I am wearing jeans with a smaller waist today, I have yet to throw out the ones that are too big for me. I don't know; maybe I worry about gaining back those lost pounds in the back of my mind. Are you saving your larger size clothes too?

Patience is indeed a virtue.
Just thought I’d quickly share the experience I’ve had this year as after 58 years, I’m finally doing things right. Back in January, after losing about 10 lbs in the previous two months, I hit a snag in that my scale wasn’t moving. I had been losing over a pound a week and then nothing; my plateau had lasted over a month.…

Anyone Lost Over 30 and kept it off for more than 5 years, who doesn't work in the fitness industry
Is there anyone here who has lost over 30 pounds and kept it off for more than 5 years, who doesn't work in the fitness industry, or a heavily appearance-biased field? It seems like most of the people who keep it off work in fitness. I hope I'm wrong. Other people can reply too, I'm just particularly interested in that…

Your ring sizes go up and down.
As I lose weight and exercise, my wedding ring threatens to fall off. Other times, water retention keeps it almost too tight. A great solution is a $5 ring size adjustment kit that has spirals of various sizes that you can cut to length and easily add or remove. I've had mine for years and I've yet to use up the supply!

5'8-5'11 women before/after pics?
Looking for preferrably large framed women of those heights with their before/during/after pics for some motivation. If you could also post what body frame you have if you know, that'd also be great. Thanks in advance!

Have you told anyone that you were on a diet?
Did you just start your diet by yourself? I did… and after losing 16 lbs I noticed friends looking at me differently. What’s your story ?
