I can't get into ANY of the super hero TV shows. Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, or whatever that one is with Agent Coulson and Ming-Na Wen. Agents of Shield! That's what it's called.

Give me The Vampire Diaries, The Originals, Superstore, and Empire! And of course TWD & SOA.

I go to most all the superhero movies, but haven't watched a single TV show. With no one home but me last night, I didn't even turn the TV on.

I like super hero movies too. Nice escape.

I love how busy this thread is this morning. Almost like old times.

Yep it's keeping me from work. Not good...

I got nothing going on until a webinar at 10:00. Then I'm out.

Took me a while to get into Supergirl only because of childhood trauma of being call Lois Lane. It is only until maybe 10 years ago I found out its a good thing.

I got lost with Empire. Danny watched ahead without me and we never went back and I didn't want to miss out so we just stopped.

Confession :D - If these said "Shut up" rather than "STFU," I'd already own them. Darn kids and having to be a good example.

I have actually gone so far as to throw something away so that I would stop eating it, then gone back a few minutes later looking for it in the trash. Sad. Gross. Sad.

Spray cleanser or something on it. That takes care of the problem of going back. Guess how I know that?!? :D

I lost this thread but found it again (well done for making it appear near the top!). Good to see some familiar names I've not heard from in ages.

I have a sandpaper throat and am self medicating with ice cream. It's not a good strategy for weight loss!

Hi, Spammie!!! Feel better and kiss that baby for me (well, once you're better anyway).

Oh, and mark the little star at the top of the thread (it will turn yellow). Then you'll get notified anytime someone comments in the thread. @spamarie

Yay Spamarie! Great to see you! How is the baby?

Andrew is fine albeit snotty (he gave me the lurgy). Crawling and just started to pull himself up. Keeping me on my toes!

Binged and binged hard tonight- the only positive thing I can say is that I logged all of it, which disgusts me so much I hope to God to never repeat it.

What frustrated me the most is that even when I was fat I never did things like this! But today all day I knew it was going to happen :( . Our 4 year old wanted to make Halloween sugar cookies and I said we could because I don't want them to have some weird, compromised childhood because mommy let herself get to 250lbs once upon a time. But as soon as I made the buttercream I knew I was *kitten*.

I held off for so long too which is the most ridiculous part. My husband went to bed, the kids were asleep, my stupid *kitten* should've just gone to bed but no and bam 4000 calories. I am so disgusted and disappointed in myself. My rational mind is screaming, "Stop!" and I couldn't stop....what is wrong with me?

Anyway this is the only place I'll post about (I am way too embarassed to even tell my husband) this debacle. Seeing my doctor in the morning, all the even vaguely potentially trigger foods are in a bag to give to the church tomorrow and just hoping I get myself together.

You acknowledged it and logged it. Good work! Were you 400 calories over your MFP goal? Because I'm betting that wouldn't put you over (or much over) maintenance calories. Get back on track and it won't be anything more than a tiny blip on the scale. YOU GOT THIS!!!

Thanks all, still upset about it this morning. And no I embarrassingly went almost 4000 over maintenance....such a mess

Gotcha. Well, one pound gain. :/ I've seen you in other posts, and you're knowledgeable. You know what to do from here.

Confession: I ate half a pint of Ben and Jerry's Peanut Butter Cookie Core - after leftover Chinese food for dinner.

NSV: I only ate half the pint, not the whole.

Note: Ben and Jerry's PB Cookie Core is NOT The Tonight Dough, and I was hugely disappointed. The store I stopped at didn't have The Tonight Dough. If it had, I would likely have eaten the whole pint.

I haven't had any of these. I don't miss ice cream at all. I stopped eating it years ago and before I went vegan when I would have it I had lost the taste for it. It made me want to brush my teeth.

These words are foreign to me

Why is it that when I get up and get dressed in the morning in a dress that requires heels, everyone in my office seems awestruck? I admit that I am usually a sandals or boots girl (depending on the weather), but for the love of Pete, it's a pair of shoes!

    Great legs,

I confess I have never seen one episode of The Walking Dead, and I don't think I will. The Arrow has just come back and I have this to catch up on...

    What is this about?

    *shrugs*

    But look at him

Had to laugh and share with hubby that laughed too.
He tried to frown while saying he objects to the objectivation of men but couldn't.

Ha ha ha ha. I do actually pay attention to the story line, he is just a perk. There are sexy ladies too, so I see it as even.

The Green Arrow. Based on a DC Comics character, who is running around catching people who have "failed this city", including his own mother.
And, while he's nice to look at, I want his arsenal of archery weapons, not gonna lie.

    I've never hired a PT.

But, I was just discussing hiring a powerlifting coach and competing with my hubby last night. And he seems to think that's a great idea. So, that might happen! :#

TAMI! When are you thinking of competing? It's a goal of mine for 2017, aka wana bulk and trade pointers together?!
