I can't even plan that far ahead. I log and see what I have left. I need to plan better. You know the failure to plan and all that.0 -

Gah. Why can't I stick to even logging truthfully?!? :frown:
I logged truthfully yesterday and oh my it wasn't pretty.
I think I've narrowed it down to getting the Mirena back in January. I was a pillar of strength until then, and now all of the sudden I cave to carb cravings.
I had SIX pieces of toast with butter this morning, and a frou-frou coffee. I went in and logged it all. Step 1, I guess.
Wow, Quik! That's a lot of toast.1 -

I drive it once every couple of weeks in the winter and more often when it gets warm. I have driven it every day this week because my truck needs a couple of minor fixes so I parked it for Denni to work on it.
Today, I noticed it was at half a tank of gas so I filled it up. For $11.00. And for the first time since my birthday. I really need to drive this car all the time when the weather is good.
Every time I've been to the states, I'm amazed at how cheap petrol (gas) is. It's astonishing! No wonder enormous cars and trucks are so common.
My F250 has 2 16.5 gallon fuel tanks. My Honda holds 10 gallons total. I drove it to and from work 20 times on 4.5 gallons.
I don't know how many gallons mine holds, probably about the same as the Honda, but the last time I filled it up it cost me £53.00. This is why Spam is astonished. The difference between what you pay, and what we pay is vast, like Grand Canyon vast.
My little commuter car is usually about $14 to fill up. Which is why I bought it.
And it has an 8 gallon tank.
My Honda holds 10 because my husband had it retrofit when the 8 gallon tank got punctured by a mechanic. The mechanic bought the replacement so we upgraded. I can drive from here to Mississippi on a tank of gas, but stop on the other side of Birmingham for coffee because there is a good little coffee shop there.2 -

Even if I ate bread, I'm not even sure I could fit in that much toast, 2 and I'm done. I'm quite impressed actually...2 -
I logged my entire day yesterday, truthfully, and it wasn't TOO bad.
I have today pre-logged. We'll see if I can stick to it.
The toast was Sara Lee Delightful bread, so it was smaller slices and 45 calories per slice. The butter slathered on, though...2 -
I could probably eat a whole loaf of bread with butter, cinnamon, and sugar. It's up there with my all time favorite foods.3

Have you read the "Gross things we ate as a kid" thread? People list sugar sandwiches a lot!1 -

I'm in the same boat! I need to stop eating so much junk food & actually planning my meals better.0 -
I logged everything I ate yesterday. Two day streak. And neither day was too bad. I'm in more of a maintenance mode right now, anyway, for my next competition.5
-
I'm good with logging breakfast, lunch, and snacks because I pretty much eat the same thing everyday. Dinner, not so much.0
-
I did not log everything yesterday.
But my trainer raised my calories this morning, so I was probably within the new calorie range...6 -
All right! Easter is over. Back to logging and being a responsible-eating adult.3

I have been tracking my calories since Friday & staying reasonably within my goal (I did eat a bit more pretzels than I wanted the one day & just spread those calories out throughout the week to balance out in the end).
For my snack today I allotted for one of the Mary Sue Easter eggs & went way over my sugar goal, but it is still a lot better than binging & exceeding my sugar goal by astronomical amounts.3 -
I went back and tried to log everything I ate yesterday, but I think I missed a couple things. I went home hungry and didn't have dinner planned which turned into a snack-fest until dinner was made. This is why I MUST plan out my meals...

Yeah... I ate a whole Easter Egg before dinner. Instant regret...1 -

I can basically restate the same thing I said the day before. I'm not self-correcting and I'm not sure what to do!0 -

Yeah... I ate a whole Easter Egg before dinner. Instant regret...
Which kinds do you get in England?
I tried the Cadbury Caramel Egg this morning & have decided that I don't like the Cadbury Eggs with cream in the middle. It's shocking to say, but it's even too sickening sweet even for me.2 -

I had Reese's eggs and peanut butter from the jar for dinner last night.3 -

No, I prefer the caramel eggs. I haven't had 1 crème egg this year.
There are too many types of eggs to list. Imagine a shopping isle, now imagine an entire shopping isle filled with Easter eggs. That is the choice. I should have taken a picture... remind me next year. This year I bought a Matchmakers (Minty crunchy chocolate) and Jelly Tots (The egg was milk chocolate with 2 packets of Jelly Tots). Danny had a Crème Egg, a Nestle selection (Rolo, Aero, Smarties and ... something else) and also Jelly Tots. Mum and Dad bought us a handmade unbranded egg to share, which we haven't opened yet.0
