I only like iced coffee & really loved the Starbucks Gingerbread Frap.0 -

I've planned out our anniversary meals as follows: French toast for breakfast, pizza for lunch, and giant cookie for dinner. Lots of yummy food!
Susie, it does sound yummy! I love French toast. I wonder if I can find a vegan version of it. Maybe I'll make it on XMAS day.
Ok! I'm going to try this! Thank you!
Take pictures of your finished product!0 -

I may have to make more of the turtles tonight! The sugar is the main reason I have jumped 11 pounds since October...
Hugs! To make you feel better, I confess that I've gained 50 pounds this year through all-out binge eating.
@Susieq_1994 - I hope it gets better soon!! It has been stressful the last part of the year, but I can't blame anyone but me for what I gained.
Yep, same here. It's all me! I'm pretty proud of myself, I've been back to logging for 1.5 months now... But in the meantime I've gained a grand total of about 90 pounds. Woohoo?
You can get in on our hard reset, too!
I'm so in! I'm in three different challenges right now, trying to get myself all motivated. I'm in a calorie logging challenge with Nicci and Patricia, a weight loss challenge with some non-MFP friends and my sister, and then of course the weekly step challenge, in which I try to beat @tobistat every week.
You and Tobi are ridiculous on the fitbit steps. LOL I feel good if I'm even in your general vicinity, steps-wise.
Feel comforted by the fact that I'm unemployed and therefore I get to step and read all day long. If I was working I wouldn't get half of what I do!
Exactly, Susie! I don't work either so that's why I get a lot of steps. Makes me feel bad when I win because it's not really fair to the people who are working!
True. But I enjoy the challenges so much that I don't want to stop playing them! Most of the time it's me vs. you vs. Danny.
I don't want you guys to stop either. It's motivating. Consider it a public service to us low steppers!
I plan to get back to walking in 2017. So if there are challenges, please consider putting me on the list!
I'll add you! Jump in tho we fill up!
Add me too!0 -
I confess that i ate this little mini cinnamon roll that i didnt put on my log. shhhhhh, dont tell anybody0

How much time should I give it? I've got 54 minutes before I leave.
Here's another - Why is 6 afraid of 7?
Because 7 8 (ate) 9.0 -

I confess that I'm going to stop at the liquor store on the way home and get some Bailey's so I can spike my coffee tomorrow and Sunday.
But, I am going alcohol free after Christmas.
Mmmm... Bailey's.0 -
I am going to leave this one overnight. Why couldn't the bicycle stand up?0

On one of my binge days, I decided to log it, and I reached nearly 10,000 calories.
Hm. I SHOULD log binges.. just to show me how ridiculous I'm being... but I am usually feeling naughty and don't log either.
I should do that too, but I am lazy when I binge & then don't want to know all of the damage I've done.
I don't weigh anything when I binge, but I usually eat full containers of things. I just usually log the entire box/carton/whatever from the nutrition label. I know that's not totally accurate, but it's the best I can do on those days. I've been soooo good about avoiding binges this year though. I've come a loooong way.
Great, congratulations! That is terrific. More inspiration for me.1 -

Ditto.
I have to work Christmas Eve 7-4 & then work the service desk the day after Christmas 5:30-2:30 .
Bummer. I'm sorry I'll be thinking of you.0 -

Been there, done that....
I'm not sure I'm even CAPABLE of eating a whole pizza anymore.
I get pretty full after about three slices now... Not that I miss it.
That moment of feeling so full you could throw up and then hiding the evidence of the box... no bueno.
Yep, tossing it in the outside trash so no one would see that you ate it. It would take place over the course of an evening, but eventually I would go back and eat the last of it. I don't do that anymore. Like yourself, I can get very full with three slices, I try to eat less, but I love pizza.
I am almost never full.
Same here .
Well other than that time I had my Christmas Food Hangover & was on the floor writhing in pain
I remember that. Or at least remember you telling us about it.0 -
quiksylver296 wrote: »MissKalhan wrote: »I confess I want to buy all the things, despite knowing I shouldn't lol
I usually set one of my New Year's resolutions as "no unnecessary buying." I only make it til about March (cuz my birthday). I probably should do that again.
I've been doing really well lately until xmas shopping got me going. Now I have to stop again. I am still working on cleaning out my closet so I have to stop stuffing it with new stuff!1 -
Susieq_1994 wrote: »quiksylver296 wrote: »We might not even make 2000, which was the first number, right?
Yep. Unless people get reeeeally inspired to post some holiday-related confessions.
I've completely given up logging or monitoring in any fashion, my food intake until after the first of the year. My calories and macros can jump right off a bridge.
Same
Christmas eating started with baking early this week!
I resume gym on Dec 27th and resume logging Jan 2nd2 -

You should join January's challenge in the Cave! You have not done one yet, have you?0 -

I'm not sorry.
Good for you! Hope you enjoyed it!2 -
sweetsknit3 wrote: »I gain 60 pounds every single pregnancy. My third kid is now 6 months old and I'm still up here fifty pounds more than I should be. My husband has a gala he has to attend in two weeks and I have been wearing the same three pairs of pants and four shirts for the past six months thinking that I'm going to get my act together instead of buying stuff that actually fits me, and I would rather have my gorgeous husband hire someone from an escort service than buy a size 16 dress and have people look at us together. I feel like I have some sort of addiction that's very, very obvious and embarrassing and wow, what is wrong with her?
This makes me very sad for you. I am so sorry you feel that way, I bet your husband disagrees with you!1 -

Oh yuck!
I work 7-2:30 tomorrow and then 12-5 on Monday.
I took a four day weekend over New Years though.2 -

She must have come back? She only posted 8 comments and had flounced, last I saw.
Oh, thought Patricia meant the hypo thread. The other one was pretty funny. The Lord will deal with us for disagreeing with her!
Maybe she did...that would make more sense.
I meant whatever thread about some woman's daughter Quik posted. When I clicked the link it didn't work.0 -
Did anyone answer the penguin riddle?0
