    I am sort of celebrating nontraditional but with traditional food.. I am staying home after some TV, probably heading to our nearest casino to play and blow some money. that's pretty nontraditional for me.

    On my mind was my kind of normal day. Ya it involved a trip to a funeral home and my dad handing me a non existent watch to get repaired which is still in me pocket since it doesn't exist but it was a nice day

    @777Gemma888 Very well thanks. After 6 months it seems like I'm I'm still finding my stride, but it always feels great. :)

    Every evening my mom calls to tell me my dad isn't doing well. I try to explain what's going on and she says she knows. I feel I'm the only one in my family somewhat at peace with what's happening and that it can happen any time any day

    She's been taking care of my sick dad for the last 7 years...and ignoring her own issues, of course..They are trying to get her in for emergency vascular surgery but we know how the wait can be. Thankyou guys for your support and comfort. XO

    I miss my dog. He passed on 11/11 and I'm still sad that he's not here with me.
