Should I eat burger king or mcdonalds before going to the gym?

I recommend the double quarter pounder from McDs. Make sure you actually bring the food into the gym and eating while walking on the treadmill or riding a bike.

Oh wise personal trainer If it's the weekend and I order a Jim Dandy Ice Cream Sundae do I log it or just count it as a calorie burn as I was sweating to finish it?

How long do I need to shake my protein shakes?

Vigorously for 10 min straight!!! It's a work out in itself.

I have a PT certification but I don't have any paying clients, so my only client is myself. The problem is that my only client is an a**hole who rarely takes my advice, talks back to me, is lazy, and I would like to drop him; but I'm not sure where to start. Please advise.

Log that bad boy with pride. No shame in this game. And next time, I expect an invite.

reverse psychology works best in this scenario. If he wont pay you, start paying him. That'll put a smile on his face.

the best protein is the one that taste the worst and is the most expensive. Don't scrimp on your protein now.

I heard pineapple will help protein shakes taste better. If you drink it fast you won't notice if it taste bad or not though...

I will be happy to test this theory with you. In the name of science.

I heard if you have wine before a protein shake, it'll help the taste as well.

P.T. If bread is square why is lunchmeat round?

If we say it's all Greek to me, what do the Greeks say?

They say we can't take it with us, meaning no suitcases or clothes...but when someone goes to heaven are they stuck wearing the same clothes they went there in?

All bread isn't square and all lunch meat isn't round. You consider bologna meat?

Since when do "we" say it's all Greek? Dont assume, you know what assuming does....

You can tell heaven is a man made construct because why would perfect beings need clothes or even worry about it? The notion clothes would even be needed is short sighted. You are perfect at that point, no need for clothes.
