    Hi everyone 🌞
    I constantly need motivation&inspiration&support&helpful tips :)
Also, will be glad to help with my previous experience (lost 30 kilos 5 years ago; unfortunately gained half of them back afterwards...) 😮

Hi everyone. I'm back. Former 1000 day streak and member of the 100 pound club. I struggle with motivation and sticking to diets. So hoping being back will help.

The reason why I want to lose weight is not only for the health benefits and to help my liver condition, but because I've signed up to my first ever half marathon, feel free to add me on here any help and support is much appreciated

Hello Everyone! This is my second attempt at using MyFitnessPal. Last time, it was a really useful tool for tracking and then life happened. It’s been 7 years of weight gain and now I am finally seeing inches drop off with the help of LifeVantage Axio and Vitality Stack. I think it’s detoxing, reducing inflammation, and hydrating at the same time. I just know I have more energy to get moving. Now, I am working on eating clean again. It’s a challenge with so many food sensitivities but I’m working thru each one. Next step is getting back to the gym. I am looking forward to a healthy living.

Hi All, I'm new and I've decided that I need all the support I can get! I'm looking for the best protein bar for breakfast, before I take an Ibuprofen 600. Any suggestions, that are to many to decide on.

I have been on and off this platform for a long time now but decided to purchase the premium membership. I'm finding that because I am paying for it I'm back to using regularly...this is a good thing. No, I'm not new but new to being a regular. Looking to friend request other members on MFP if they're interested. How do I go about doing that? Or if anyone want to friend request me please do! Just looking for support and to support others.

Hi Everybody, I found my way here during a Healthy Weight class offered by the local hospital. I am on the steep learning curve of How-to-Log-Food-You-Make-Yourself. Three cheers for measuring spoons and kitchen scales. My exercise goal is 15 minutes of walking five days a week. I'm about seven weeks into finding my way to a healthier weight. Next goal is to buy a quality bathroom scale.

Hi, new here. Trying to hold myself at least somewhat accountable with how much I eat by logging it down. Similarly with exercise. Got to stop eating 2 bowls of noodle soup and then another bowl of snacks after. :|
