Good morning all!
Age: 36
Height: 5ft 6.5inches
SW: 188.6lbs
CW: 184.8lbs
GW: 135lbs
Mini target for end of Feb - to get into the 160's. This may be ambitious, but I think it will help keep me focused and on target.
TW for May 17th (start of our 1st holiday of the year) - 154lbs
SW for round: 184.8lbs
GW for round: 182lbs (If I achieve this, I will be going to my sister's 40th birthday party almost 7lbs lighter than I started the year)
Day/Weight/Comment
01/23 - 185lbs - up a little from yesterday. Not surprising as didn't poop yesterday (tmi sorry, but it definitely plays a part). Ate well and drank lots so expect a drop tomorrow
01/24 - 184lbs - yay! As I expected. Things are going in the right direction again. Ate well and drank lots yesterday

01/23 - 61.8 kg (136.2 lbs.). A good starting point for the round. Did “six-pack in 6 weeks” with Jillian Michaels in the morning. I already logged by food for today. The result – 90kcal over the target value. We are planning a typical Bavarian dinner for my husband’s birthday tonight. Wondering about my weighing result for tomorrow.
01/24 - 61.6 kg (135.8 lbs.). Didn’t expect this after yesterday’s evening meal. 10km run in the morning. Strength training planned for the evening

22/01: 165.6: Goals Aw, well! I was sitting in meetings all day and into the evening, so I'm very pleased with my end weight. My mean weight is back down to what it was at the beginning of December. My smart scale app informs me that I will reach my goal weight 2 weeks before my birthday in April. Now, that would be a great Birthday present.

THERE ARE NO QUICK FIXES OR SHORTCUTS to achieving permanent change.
REMINDERS One or two thoughts which might give heart to some of you.- Daily weight fluctuations are normal, and can be as much as 2 lbs a day for no apparent reason.
- A general downward trend is what we are looking for.
- Eating out can cause apparent weight gain because of high sodium levels, but usually goes quickly. Drinking extra water helps with this.
- The human body does not react instantly to what we do to it. Sometimes it can take several days to see results.
- Plateaus are a normal part of the process. The body is consolidating and adapting to your new way of eating/exercising.
- The closer you get to your goal weight, the more difficult it becomes to lose weight, as your body becomes more efficient at using what you feed it.
- When you exercise you build muscle, which takes up less space than fat, so use measurements as well as weight to assess your progress.
- Getting/Staying fit and healthy requires a lifestyle change for most people.

01/23 238.4 eating and exercise were good this morning. Have my couch to 5k W2 D3 run tonight. It’s freezing in London!
01/24 237.6 Finished my run last night at did 3.3 km. It may be running and walking but it makes me feel so good! Ate really well and feel like I have so much more energy! It must actually be quite annoying!

01/23-216.2- yesterday finished at just under 1700cals, I'm happy with that.
01/24-217.4- not so good yesterday, was tempted to not log but I did. I will be having a low cal day today. I have to remind myself that one day does not take away my successes for the last few weeks, according to Fitbit I have still come away with a deficit from it anyway...so why do I feel so guilty and de-motivated?x

End R65 - 149.90lb - Round loss 5.0lb - Loss to date 8.60lb
Hoping to carry on where I left off last round - aiming to lose a couple of pound this round and finish in the 147's.
01/22 - 149.90
01/23 - 149.4lb (-0.5) Happy with that to start the round off with and continues my pattern of lose for a few days, then a small gain then back to losing again (???). Aiming to be properly on track this week and totally focused as away over the weekend so meals out, hotel breakfasts plus a 5 hour car journey each way - will be a challenge but one I need to learn to handle better.
01/24 - 149.7 (+0.3) No logic to this other than a carb heavy dinner of risotto last night and TOM imminent (or not! All a bit hit and miss these days). Not disheartened as still down on round starting weight and a good food day planned for today

Good morning! This morning I am sure I am holding on to a bit of water weight as I overate last night!! Feeling very bleh this morning but ready for accountability throughout the next ten days.
01/24 141.4
Yay! Loss! I knew yesterday’s weight gain had to have been water weight so I drank as much water as I could yesterday and ended up having over 10,000 steps which is quite a bit since I spend the majority of my day in class and it’s absolutely freezing where I am. I also took a Pure Barre class in the evening and cooked a Hello Fresh meal that was amazing!!

Recent Start Weight: 193 (January 2017)
I’ve been in maintenance for several months until the holidays, content at around 146. I am now OVER the point at which I didn’t want to be again (150), so I’ll be getting back on track to lose back down to at least around 146 or so. May try to go lower in the new year, but we will see. For the immediate future, I just want to get and stay back under 150.

I hit my “goal weight” around late November. I’ve managed to maintain around this weight since then. What I have realized though, is that I don’t think I would’ve been able to maintain without the daily accountability of this challenge. 01/23 - 145 – Back down again. I don’t have any real temptations (except for the full jar of candy bars at our office front desk) until this weekend. I’d like to drop a little before the weekend hits.
01/24 – 145 – I’ve done pretty well sticking to weight loss calories this week, so I’m hoping to see a little drop tomorrow.

New here, hoping a 10 day challenge will keep me on track, usually I give up because I have a bad day or two and don't want to log. Based in the UK.
SW on 01/18: 326lbs
GW: 234lbs (temp goal)
CW: 324lbs ish.
My goal is to be under 322 by the end of January as that's down to the round stone. Under would be nice but I'm not aiming lower.
Day/Weight/Comment
01/23: 323.5lbs - my scale does 1/4lb increments. Weighed after breakfast instead of before, but I doubt it'll change much.
01/24: 321.75lbs - I suspect most of the drop is water, which I may need to regain. Still recovering from a bad stomach flu, so I'll just see how this settles.

1/23 - 240.9 - Last couple of days focused on water and staying within my calorie goal. Using Apple watch to remind me to get up from the desk chair and move each hour in addition to the daily walk.
