    Backs better Hubby took JR with him to the grocery store so I could get a rare break (fell asleep) y shower. No exercise yesterday was busy day. Watched 90 day fiancé as a couple.We went outside as a family to play soccer ⚽️ with JR. Viva la Futball! Jajaja.

    Shopping 🛒- A list sits in the kitchen I add as I go try to remember to add it. I research new items to add to try or switch to. Then either I go with hubby to shop or what usually happens he goes alone I hope he gets what I wrote .I hop on Walmart.com when needed too like for my salad dressing to vitamins. Then after we get our veggies,meats, fruit,y more I decide what to cook every day per person depending on their diet .None of ours match fully so a lot of tweaking. JR -high caloric intake 2yr old with rapid growth spurts he’s hyper y a extremely picky eater (he’s next level even organizes his cups to food on his plate picky). Hubby- Special Health Diet needs 1200-2000cal hard job Construction in the heat plus a 2yr old low metabolism.
    Me- Special Health Diet 1000-1300calories 2yr old wrangler lol 😂 no longer high metabolism it’s low functioning now peri menopause building muscles back from surgeries. Diet for me is 4oz meat,Veggies lots,fruit occasionally,tea 4-8oz a day to Gatorade zero, water 💦 lots, low calorie ice cream to baked chips to snack on. Brunch,Dinner,y late evening snack or meal depending on calories left.If calories don’t get used or go over I try better tomorrow. Walking indoors. Cousin dieting same time so if got a question can ask each other to suggest new items y talk about the crazy folks in the news. Only me y JR have an app to monitor calories (JR only as needed).

    JR yes electronics the IPad I programmed it to only have educational boy apps. So when he’s on it he’s learning. TV got educational programs on I occasionally get something for me . A lot of soccer ⚽️ to books 📚 y studying. Non-stop activities until I drop lol 😂 even at nap time he takes forever to wind down.

    Trying to cook 👩‍🍳 everything (except JRs pizza he only likes PapaJohns) .Hubby y me trying to buy healthier options y teaching each other what we’re learning. JR learning to climb more to head standing so if I don’t comment lol I’m just busy wrangling

    Weights yo-yo from 162-164 in a pattern so waiting for it to go down stay there.
