I'm taking a page from plantpowered and added some conditional formatting to my calories IN as these are, imo, the main factor I control. Goal is to keep them green.

Sunday we did a ROM Walk called War, Peace and Art. It highlighted all the monuments from Queen's Park to Nathan Phillips Square. I found this walk more interesting than the neighbourhood walks we have done. It was hot, but we wore our gel filled neck wraps and that made things much more comfortable. Monday I went downtown (for the third day in a row) to meet up with some former colleagues. It was great catching up with them. I walked from College and Yonge to Bremner and York … it wasn't such a good idea, when I arrived at the restaurant I was dripping in sweat.

@age_is_just_a_number Same here, 100%: Cals IN is the thing that works for me too. The color is motivating. I like to see a streak developing where it stays green. May it serve you well.

I did try drinking my calories once, when I was on some sort of weird food and exercise cycling "diet". Other than that the only time that I drink my calories is when I have booze lol. I prefer to get the process in the morning going by chewing, creating saliva and digestive processes like peristalsis. I do have one tbsp of half and half in my coffee! So habitual over here. My tablespoon sits our on its little spoon holder. I love coffee, and am pretty specific about the kind that I drink. I haven't seen any protein coffee around here. I wonder how it tastes?

I love love love hearing the specifics of where you are going and walking etc. I am so familiar. I will be back in the big smoke in September. I generally hang in the Kensington Market area where I lived for 12 years.
