as I think others have said, so much depends on your frame size, your muscle tone and definition, and how you carry your weight.
I'm 5'1 targeting 130-140 (have about 20 pounds to get to that upper number). With my frame structure, anything too much less than that and its just not flattering to my natural 'shape'. My doctor agrees. I will say, 130/140 and a lot of muscle looks very different than the same weight with a higher BMI. it looks smaller even though you weigh more.0 -
Hi! I am 5’0” and my goal is 120-125 lbs. At that weight, I wear a size 4. My lowest weight ever was 115 lbs and I wore a size 2. To get there, I ate 1200 calories a day and worked out heavy 6 days a week. I also stopped having a period at that point. It was not sustainable for me. I would have looked sickly thin at 100 lbs.0
