    Well, this week we didn't hear from Meggie_Pooh and it's now after midnight here. So, it's Tuesday. So, sadly, Meggie will have to be our eliminated player this week.

    I think we weighed in on Sunday, so you can count from Sunday to Sunday if you want to. Good challenge, Kim.

    Anyone who completes this challenge has "immunity" this week. :-)

    30 minutes on the elliptical on Sunday and Tuesday. I'm on my way out there again. Ate like a Miss Piggy today so I'm WAYYYYYYYYYYYYY over my calories. Gotta get that in check. This will make 90 minutes on the elliptical total this week. BTW, MFP counts gardening as cardio, should we count it toward our goal this week? I have a TON of weeds to pull also and it's hotter than blue blazes outside so I'll definitely work up a sweat.

    Does it have to be 30 minutes a day?

    Here's what I've done so far:

    Monday, 45 mins, Beatbox, 500 cals
    Tuesday, 45 mins, Spinning, 500 cals
    Wednesday, 45 mins, Spinning, 430 cals

    At the moment my weight is bouncing around between 172.2 and 173.8 - grrr!!! No loss for about a week now, but it was my annual birthday work do so I'm suprised I'm not 20 stone after that to be honest!!!

    Hope everyone is doing well today.

    xx

    Thanks. I will definitely be getting myself back on track with the calories today. I ate like I used to and felt yucky and sluggish, had heartburn, water retention from too much sodium...my body can't handle pizza and beer any more. It's like, "OH LADY, PLEASE FEED ME SOME VEGETABLES!" So, that's what I need to eat today.

    Tea, (short for ilovedrinkingtea), did you say it was your birthday? If so, happy b-day! To answer your question, I think it's cumulative minutes, not specifically 30 per day. And, hang in there through that plateau on your weight....as Dori says, "Just keep swimming. Just keep swimming."

    Christie, jayme, throttlboy, what's up with you guys this week? How are things going?

    Every year me and my work go for burgers for my birthday, and that was last night. Afterwards I had piles of booze and on the way home I got a pizza!!! I felt pretty grim today!!! My actual birthday isn't until 5th August, but that clashes with my work colleague's wedding so I brought the burgers forward slightly.

    Good news on the exercise calories then.

    So far this week I've burned off:

    Monday, 45 mins, Beatbox, 500 cals
    Tuesday, 45 mins, Spinning, 500 cals
    Wednesday, 45 mins, Spinning, 430 cals
    Thursday, 45 mins, circuit class, 350 cals, 45 mins, yummy bummy class, 290 cals

    xx

    I didn't make goal for immunity. Maybe, I will walk the dogs in a bit. But, I work a double last night and have only had 5 hours of sleep. Hmmm, is immunity worth it? I need 42 more minutes.

    For seemingly millions of years, I've been between 172.2 and 173.8lbs.

    I was behaving myself with the food last night until I walked to the pub and then there was lots of drinking, and a trip to the Burger King.

    Today however, A LOSS!!! I am reporting A LOSS!!! Wooo, yeah!!! AND, ON A SUNDAY!!! I've not been away this weekend for the first time in millions of years. Photo comiing!!!

    Hopefully everyone else's weigh in will go well too.

    xx

    I just realised duh, that I didn't actually say I was 171.8 pounds above, silly me!

    Kim I am sorry things don't seem to be going to plan at the minute, I'm sure it's just a temporary setback.

    Kim, I think you met the goal a long time before you thought you did. I added it up like 5 times.
    Sunday =72
    Tuesday=27
    Wednesday=27
    Friday=87
    Saturday=27+46=73
    Total = 286, not 214.

    Way to go!
