    I don't know what everyone else is doing this month but I am sucking at my diet. Exercise
    is no problem. So I decided to coast the rest of this month, keep up the exercising because
    it has become part of my life now. Not overindulging in food and starting out fresh in
    January with a plan. How about u? I would like to keep this up and keep accountable.
    The girl that started this thread has not been here for 3 months now so I hope we can
    continue this journey in 2013.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goal? Didn't track yesterday because I was baking and
    sampling too many things.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? - Probably not
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went on my bike and finished baking for Christmas
    What would I have done differently? nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Eating right, exercising, drinking water
    Got my water intake to 10 glasses a day so far.

    Monday - Busy today but hope to get my biking in.
    Tuesday - 30 mins biking turbo trainer
    Wednesday- Cleaned downstairs
    Thursday - Walked 2 miles
    Friday- Walked 2 miles
    Saturday- 35 mins biking (turbo trainer)
    Sunday- Rest day

    Hi.
    I would like to stay on in 2013, also.
    I have been out of town helping with my husband's parents. MIL had full knee replacement last week & FIL just started chemo this past Friday for Lung Cancer. I stayed at the hospital a couple nights last week, etc.
    I'm glad y'all are here & I hope to be more active next month. I will be in Memphis for a while, though.

    Yesterday, I did get an aerobic workout in. Today, I did back exercises & push-ups. Also, today I was only over in my calories by a little.

    I think someone started the Fall 2012 because I wasn't around. I will be posting a new topic "Daily Check In - Winter 2012" on Friday (first day of Winter). If you would like to call it something different let me know. I will put the new URL in this topic so it will be easy to find.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't overdo it
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? finished my Christmas shopping
    What would I have done differently? log calories, check in and get some sort of exercise
    What is today's personal goals? Log calories, check in, and watch what I eat. Working through yoga today... trying to finish up a project.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Started Monday's laundry on Sunday caught up on ironing.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing, it was a rest day for me.
    What is today's personal goals? Eating right, exercising, drinking 10 glasses of water.

    but most days I do get it in. Another milestone completed. Exercise, now water.
    Next month new plan to lose weight.

    and had popcorn. Then out for dinner and had chicken wings and shared pizza with hubs.

    and went out for dinner and had treats that night. Christmas cookies

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Exercise and continue to drink water
    What would I have done differently? Stayed on track
    What is today's personal goals? Eating right, exercising, drinking 10 glasses of water.

    Hi y'all.
    I'm still in Memphis, TN. My husband, daughter & dog joined me last Friday. My in-laws are doing good as can be at this time. I wish that I could just stay here for a few more weeks because it will be so hard for them after everyone leaves. I'd like to stay here until my MIL can drive, again.

    Today, I am going with my Mom to eye doctor eye appointment. She is having a problem that is affecting her driving and I am worried about her... This is our 3rd visit. I hope that they request that she have an MRI.

    My husband goes back home, today. (Not sure about my sweet dog). My son and his girlfriend will be arriving today.

    We will all be heading back home, soon.

    I'm so glad that there is a new Winter thread. I need to get stronger with determination, will-power, etc.

    I don't even want to weigh on the scale.

    I hope that y'all are having a nice holiday season.
