    Walked the dog as I do every morning (great way to start the day - for BOTH of us!)... tonight, it's Step! 60 minutes - figure a 400-500 calorie burn.

    Oooh... I should add that I am going DIRECTLY to the grocery store next to my gym afterward... and I purposely wore a gray t-shirt. I love going in there all sweaty. I know... I'm odd that way. :laugh:

    I only do it on Tuesdays and Thursdays so I can mix in Zumba and Pilates without overdoing it.

    I rode my bike to work and will ride it home (about 7 miles round trip). I took a walk break this morning and another one at lunch (about 30 minutes combined or 1.7 miles). I am meeting with a run group tonight. We will run 4-6 miles.

    Today was jogging, a very leisure bike ride with my mom and cooking. I only log cooking when it's not for me - I make desserts and home-cooked vegetarian meals for money, and it's log-able, so I figured why not...
