    Morning: 1hr Bootcamp (=325 pushups, 650 heels to heaven, 325 in/outs, 25 sprints)
    Noon: Ran 3 miles at lunch
    Night: Starting a new squat challenge tonight and need to make up for the first 5 days so....150 squats.

    I feel sorry for your butt! :bigsmile: I did 100 for the "special workout" after stage 1 of New Rules of Lifting, and my butt was hurtin' for 3 days. I only stopped because I was bored.

    I'm only doing body weight squats so it shouldn't be too bad! Although my butts already sore...

    60 mins. of cardio. 30 mins on treadmill and 30 on eliptical.

  • I did Ripped in 30 this morning before work (stuff going on tonight so I got it out of the way). I'm glad I did, I feel good this morning at work!

    Weight day so a 5 minute warm up on the treadmill followed by squats, deadlifts, OHP, chest press, rows, step-ups, pull-ups/chin-ups, calf raises, planks and pushups (started the 100 pushup challenge this week). I finished up with a low intensity 20 minutes on the bike.

    Last night I did Turbo Fire HIIT 20 Minute Class. Tried really hard to get to bed early for weights this morning, but it didn't happen. :frown:

    45 minute spin class, 10 minutes of a FitCor class (first time in the class, it kicked my butt) and 20 minutes strengtyh training. Burned 1287 cals.

    Two miles running around the track, following by a four mile ride on the stationary bike to cool down, topped off with thirty minutes of weight lifting.

  • Turbo Jam 20 minute workout, 30 minutes of heavy weight lifting focusing on my legs, and 15 minutes of yoga!

    Tomorrow is more turbo Jam, abs and back, and more yoga!
