    All I can say is I've shoveled A LOT (hours and hours) of snow this weekend :bigsmile: Great calories burner!!

    Oh and entertained my stepdaughter and grandchildren - full house this weekend. (She lost power...)

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I felt good - like my head is getting back into it for the long haul. I was looking for a kick in the butt...LOL. I was looking for the book written by the doctor on the Biggest Loser but I ended up reading Bob Harper's The Skinny Rules. 100 pages of rules and the rest was menu\recipe items.
    He say's "Let's treat this as an adventure. You're going somewhere great!" - Love this!

    Here another book to read if you guys are interested, we have started a discussion group on this book.
    Its called The Thin Commandments. I am on Chapter 5 now and am still getting some great pointers.
    I am reading now about mood eating and stress eating. I think we can all relate to this.
