    30 mins of back stretches throughout my work day including: planks, side planks, back extensions, shoulder blade squeeze, neck rolls, etc, etc, etc.... whatever keeps me going in my office all day. 35 min walk on lunch time. Heading home soon to playing with my 2 year old daughter and a good 60-90 mins walk. Maybe add some free weights in there too... we'll see! :bigsmile:

    Last night I did W2D1 of All Pro, and tonight, depending on the availability of the living room, I'll either do Zumba on youtube, or C25K. I really should do C25K.

    Leg day this morning

    4 sets of 12 for each:

    Leg extensions
    Seated leg press
    Leg curls
    Seated hip abduction

    Then 3 minutes of planks & abs followed by 30 minutes of the elliptical

    Yesterday I did an 18 minute Zumba master class workout on youtube, and tonight is W3D1 of All Pro (heavy workout).

    today was chest... 3 variations on bench.. flat with 6 sets 10 reps ranging from 95-135 for warm up alternating from pronated to supinated grip. working sets on flat was 5x5 at 215 with the last set a drop set. 215x5, 205x5, 135x12 to burn out.

    second was mid incline upper chest. 3 sets 10 reps 160#

    last was floor press. 2 sets 10 reps 185 and 1 set 5 reps 205.
    i was pretty wiped after that, but still supersetted tricep extension 3 sets, 12 reps, 90# with seated chest press starting at 190x12 dropping to 170, 150, 130 all by 12 reps. then i went to work, lol... was a fun day all in all.... tomorrow is deadlift day!!!!!!

    yesterday was 40mins of kettlebell and then 30min cardio from fitness blender.
    Today is a 30 min cardio from fitness blender again and maybe 30 day shred later. Not decided yet. Iv been wanting to use my stationary bike for an hour but have no motivation so am switching to different workouts every day to keep it fresh

    I did a 3 mile Walk Away The Pounds video this early morning. This afternoon I'm doing to lift for 30 mins (lots of upper and lower body combos) and do a 15 min. standing ab workout on Youtube.

    Prison get up's
    Ab choppers.
    Push ups
    Russian twists

    2 rounds somewhere around 20 minutes

    I ended up spending too much time trying to fix my headlights, so I didn't get to work out last night. Tonight is W3D2 of All Pro. 10 reps was killing me on Monday. Today's -10%, so it'll be a little easier.

    No, 2x12,1x20,1x12,1x10 (66 reps in 10 min) ......That was after 3x10 200lb front squats for a warm up ...(I didn't log those though).The gym I am using right now is limited in regards to weight. So, I have to work with what they have.

    I try to do at least 30 minutes of yoga and a 30 minute walk with my dog each day. Today I did 50 minutes of yoga, and going to take the doggie out later this evening after it cools down.
