    Love CLX & Ms Chalene!

She's freaking killing me!!! I feel like someone punched me in the shoulders. Last night was Burn Intervals and Ab Burner, and burn it did, baby! Tonight is Burn Circuit 3, tomorrow will be Recharge, and Sunday is my rest day (since I won't be on the forums over the weekend).

Does vigorously shaking the shaker then raising the martini glass to my lips count for anything?

Only if you have another and use the other hand. You don't want to be lopsided!

Cardio today. I am debating between swimming laps or doing my usual elliptical. If my kids are naughty again in the childcare center, I'd rather not be in the pool when they come get me, but dang, I love swimming laps. It changes things up a little.

30 sit ups this morning, before bf. Slow walking for two hours, doing window shopping. My weekly wheely spins on the shopping trolley, (kid style) when noone was looking, and fashioning a big grin. Walked home, with 12kg grocery shopping, for 20 min. Relax with a dvd tonight.

Good point! And let's not forget the side benefit...at that point you can't read the numbers on the scale.
