    I ran 4 km, walked 3, did some wii boxing, a few push-ups and that's it.

    4.1 mile run in negative temperatures and 15 minutes of abs. All at 6 am. Call me crazy but it felt amazing!

    i did 50 minutes on Jacobs Ladder( from Hell)!!! if you dont know what it is... google it
    then i had a cancellation at the gym so i did 40 minutes on the AMT machine!

    So apparently I have not posted in this thread lately (shame on me)

    Week 3 of CLX Lean. Today was Fat Blasting workout and 15 min on the elliptical. Gotta get that burn up!

    Yay!!!

    I did 12 minutes on the arc trainer after lifting last night. I got a new hrm because my F4 was crosstalking with the machine next to me. This one does the same thing! I guess it just won't crosstalk with other hrm's. Tonight I'm going to attempt C25K on the treadmill. I wonder if there's a weight limit for running on those things. I just hope I don't fall off! :bigsmile:

    10 min cross trainer warm up
    500m rowing under 2 mins
    10 reps bench press
    10 reps squat
    1 min plank
    10 bicep curls
    10 tricep dips
    100m sprint
    1 min rest
    Repeat 4 times.

    Will be
    10 mins cross trainer warm up
    500m rower under 2 mins
    10 deadlifts
    10 kettlebell swings
    10 box jumps
    10 military press
    10 pull ups
    100m sprint
    1 min rest
    Repeat 4 times.

    Day 7 rest.

    Will be doing it for time, and then start to up it to 5 rounds, up the weight etc.

    I didn't fall off the treadmill last night. Woot! Today is legs and abs day. The trainer wrote up a LOT of work for my legs. I might not be able to drive home.

    Today was the double workout day for Week 1 of T25, so I did Lower Focus, took like a 5 minute break, then did Cardio. Sweaty, sweaty, work; but it's done and I'm pretty happy that I made it through week one.
