    4 X 10 w/ 60 sec rest - db press/ bb Row, db overhead press/ pull up (4 X 3), weighted push up/ high pull, weighted swiss ball crunch.

    Felt like superman afterwards!

    30 minute run and 20 minutes of kickboxing this morning before work. Hit the gym after work and ran for 45 minutes, went on the cross trainer for 15 and did circuit training for 20. Hoping to do another 20 minute kickboxing session after work this evening!
