Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Not quite back to it, too many errands. I did eat light
but didn't track dinner.
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Got on my bike, felt good
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did my laundry and now ironing to do.
What would I have done differently? Nothing but should have tracked food.
What is today's personal goals? Getting back on track, more water, exercise.
Mon - Travelling back from cottage/house
Tues - Biking 11 miles
Wed - Cleaning my downstairs, ironing and maybe a walk

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? had a fun night out & stayed the same weight
What would I have done differently? not gone over on calories
What is today's personal goals? check in , track food, drinks lots of water

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Didn't track, but few calories for breakfast and lunch for planned dinner out with husband before going back to work. I ate things I shouldn't, but hadn't for 6 weeks, so was ready for a treat! Will be back to better choices on Wednesday! Sometimes you just have to endulge and not beat yourself up about it!
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't set one.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Donated blood and went out for dinner.
What would I have done differently? fairly careful but felt crappy when I was done eating. Didn't feel guilty since I have eaten well for about 6 weeks but it wasn't worth overeating. Stomach upset and it just wasn't worth the extra calories. WOW! My system must be adjusting to my new eating habits! : ) oh..........and I actually had less weight on the scales this morning! lol probably catch up with me tomorrow!.

this morning for my weigh in.
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, I did get my walk in even if I was so tired.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Had a good report back from my recall on my mammogram. :happy:
What would I have done differently? Probably not had that muffin, that was comfort food.
What is today's personal goals? Tracking everything, making a new smoothie recipe, drinking my water,

What would I have done differently? Remembered to do the daily check in! I'm logging every day but don't always get the check in done. Wish they would add this to the app so I could do it on my phone easier!

What would I have done differently? Exercise more but need to get office side of room done. Can't stand to look at piles while working out. Should be done soon

What are today's personal goals? stick to the food plan and do some sort of exercise.
Goal a the end of summer (Sept. 21st ?) - 140 lbs. (about 1/2 lb / week ?)
Additional goal: to be exercising more and being under in calories more consistently.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Took friend to emergency room so she wouldn't go by herself. Good news is she's fine, but 5 hours downtime was not what I had planned for my Saturday. Husband and I put up 20 bags of sweet corn.
What would I have done differently? Exercised more and not ate Chinese buffet!
What is today's personal goal? Get done with room organizing.
